BI Assistant Manager (04/2022 - 08/2026)

Manage a BI team of 10-15 members.

• Owned network health and performance analytics to support user experience and speed targets through data-driven actions.
• Designed and rolled out a governance-based measurement framework, including data quality monitoring dashboards and resource optimization process to improve the reliability and scalability of reporting outputs at the size of billions of monthly records.
• Implemented near-real-time reporting, enabling faster operational decisions, reaching 1,000 daily dashboard views. Define clear data access rights to avoid data exposure.

Data Governance - 12/2024

Strengthen the data governance to make data assets discoverable, traceable, and securely shareable:

• Built data lineage and traceback views to help BI members quickly understand upstream/downstream dependencies and monitor data flow impacts.
• Registered BI data assets on a centralized platform to track usage traffic and enforce data sharing policies.
• Established a practical governance workflow: classified sensitive fields, deployed PII tagging, and applied tighter access control so PII assets are only accessible to authorized users.

Achievement: Ensured service continuity during the transition while progressively tightening controls and improving governance maturity. Maintain the Data Governance score at 95-98.

Digitize Rider Incentive into Driver App - 12/2023

SPX Express Viet Nam

Digitized rider incentive calculation into a daily in-app tracker, improving transparency and reducing disputes caused by “black-box” monthly payouts.

Designed the end-to-end data flow, rules logic, and worked with regional Dev, local Product, and OPS teams to translate policy into data rules, feature requirements and validate accuracy at the lowest granularity.

Achievement: Successfully implemented and operated stably, maintaining reliability as the rider base nearly tripled and scaled to tens of thousands.

Centralize Data Warehouse and scale up Data Marts - 12/2022

Built and maintained a sustainable reporting pipeline. Centralized the fragmented data marts and reporting dashboards across operational functions. Aligned stakeholders on “one source of truth” and established a repeatable intake process for new reporting requests.

Achievement: Despite rapid business growth, the BI team remained the trusted “data hub” and a data-driven decision partner for all functions.

End-to-End Data Pipeline (AWS, multi-country scope) - 09/2021

Owned the full data lifecycle end-to-end for Vietnam and Myanmar, from ingestion and ETL to curated datasets and BI consumption:
